Victorious Living Bible Institute, Inc., an affiliate of Christian Bible Institute and Seminary, is a nondenominational Bible institute founded on July 25, 2017 as part of the Christian Education Department of The Upper Room Outreach Ministries, Inc. based in the beautiful city of Waycross, Georgia. Our mission is to equip men and women of God with the tools necessary to be productive and functioning parts of the local Body of Christ. The studies offered by VLBI are not in competition with the secular field of training or employment. VLBI provides affordable Biblical education and leadership development for ministers, professionals, and laypersons interested in enhancing their ministry. On August 18, 2018, VLBI partnered with Greater Victory Fellowship Kenya to establish onsite classes in Kenya with Bishop Emmanuel B. Simiyu as lead instructor. On April 27, 2019, our Kenya Campus was officially launched.

Students who cannot attend on site due to scheduling or distance can study through our Online Learning Center, through regular mail or email via correspondence course. It is convenient. It is flexible in your study time. Your home is your classroom. All programs are Bible centered and essential for preparation for Gospel ministry. Contact admissions@victoriouslbi.org for more information on enrollment in our online or correspondence program.

VLBI is fully accredited by Accrediting Commission for Biblical Higher Education and is a member of the Global Christian Schools Network, www.gcsn.org. As an affiliate of Christian Bible Institute and Seminary, VLBI is exempt from licensure.
