  • Installment payments of tuition are allowed, with a minimal down payment. Students can discuss payment arrangements with VLBI.
  • To qualify for an installment payment agreement, students must make the required minimum down payment and commit to monthly tuition payments.
  • Diploma or transcripts will only be issued upon fulfillment of all financial obligations.
